In general, people living within the Ewelme Benefice boundaries (Dursley, Uley, Nympsfield and Owlpen), or people worshipping here regularly, or people with an historic connection to one of our churches, may hold their wedding service at a church in the Benefice..

In the event that you live in this Benefice, but are marrying in another church, you may need to request that your marriage banns be called at one of our churches.

If you choose to have your wedding at St James, Dursley a range of musical settings can be used and the Choir can sometimes be booked if required. It might also be possible to book the bell-ringers. Facilities are more limited at our other churches
