At Home Services

As a Benefice we are committed to keeping in touch with our congregations and community. This page will be upodated regularly with latest news and requests and we are publishing a weekly newsletter containing the Collect (special prayer) and Bible readings for the week, a reflection and prayers, and seperately a form of service for use on Sunday for individuals to use. While not replacing our services, it means we will be reading and praying together. It will also contain the latest news and information about activities in the Benefice.

We are also holding an online service, using the Zoom app. This will be at 10am on Sundays. The service for the Sundays from 14th June to 12th July can be found by clicking here and, if necessary, using the password 832392 . You don't need to download the Zoom app - just access it using your usual web browser.

A YouTube recording (approx 55 minutes) of the Service of Holy Communion on Sunday 5th July can be found here.

On 28th June we also ran a Choral Evensong - here

To see our Guide about using Zoom, see here.

To hear our bells (lasts approximately 5 minutes) before or/and after the service go here

The term ‘Spiritual Communion’ has been used historically to describe the means of grace by which a person, prevented for some serious reason from sharing in a celebration of the Eucharist, nonetheless shares in the communion of Jesus Christ. There is a simple form here, which can be used at any time.
