St Giles, Uley

The church of Giles is the parish church for Uley with Owlpen and Nympsfield., it stands in a commanding position inear the top of the village. The church is normally open every day from 9am until dusk and we welcome visitors. However, with the Covid restrictions it is only open for prayer twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, from 10am, and on most Sunday sfor a service. See all details on the Home Page and in the Calendar.

Our normal service pattern is:

10am Parish Communion on the second, third and fouth Sundays.

Services for festivals and other events may change this basic pattern. In the Parish there is normally a 10am Holy Communion service at St Bartholomew, Nympsfield on the first Sunday, and at 10am at Holy Cross Owlpen on the fifth Sunday.
